From the artist

Inspired by historical botanical illustrations, I wanted to create a classic botanical chart in a fresh style that is beautiful as a work of art, but also function as a practical chart for identifying the flowering plants.

Over THREE months of FULL TIME work went into creating this print! From researching and choosing the 85 plants to feature, cross checking their botanical and common names, planning out the layout. Sketching all the plants out in pencil, drawing them in ink, scanning them and coloring them digitally.

The end result is something that Im extremely proud of, and I hope it will bring joy to many people and inspire a love and appreciation for nature.
